Speed Schedule

Through Sept. we will begin workouts at 7:00pm instead of 6:30pm.  Beginning August workouts will start at 6:30pm.  Warm-ups begin 30 minutes before workouts.  Be sure to warm-up for at least 5-10 minutes.

Sep      4, 2007  1 mile and 1/4 mile time trial

Sep    11, 2007   4-6x400 Repeats

Sep    18, 2007   110 Accelerations

Sep    25, 2007   4-6x400 Repeats

Oct       2, 2007   3-5x800 Repeats

Oct       9, 2007  4-6 Yasso 800's

Oct     16, 2007  5-7x2min easy 3min hard

Oct     23, 2007  2 mile and 1/2 mile time trial

Oct     30, 2007  4-8 Yasso 800's
